The sign-off panel on the Performance page
This page is for Authorised Examiners and quality control managers who want to see at a glance whether this month and last month are signed off.
What does the sign-off panel show?
The Performance page has two cards beside the by-tester chart, titled Sign-off · <this month> and Previous month · <last month>. Each card tells you the state of monthly sign-off for the stations in scope, from your at-risk tests. The month on the first card is the month in the top bar; the second is the month before it.
What can each card say?
| Card text | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "No tests recorded for this month." | There is no test data for that month. |
N of M flagged tests justified, a progress bar, and "X of Y stations signed off; Z still need a reason" |
Some flagged tests have no reason yet. |
| "...; ready to sign" | All flagged tests have a reason; the station can be signed off. |
| Signed off, with "Signed off on |
Every station with tests is signed off. |
| "Sign-off status is not available here." | The status could not be loaded. |
Where do the links go?
When something is outstanding the card links to Review at-risk tests (reasons still missing) or Go to sign-off (ready to sign). The error card links to Monthly sign-off. These open the monthly sign-off page for the organisation and month, where the work is done.
Does this panel sign off for me?
No. The panel only reports status. Sign-off is done from the monthly sign-off page, or with the Sign Off button in the page header when one station is selected and your role allows it.
