Using the Monthly sign-off page

This page is for Authorised Examiners, consultants and managers who want to see every station's sign-off position in one place.

How do I open the Monthly sign-off page?

Open /membersarea/signoff, or follow a link to it from the Overview. The page header is Monthly sign-off. The deep link accepts org (an organisation id, or 0 for all) and m (a month as yyMM, for example 2609 for September 2026).

How do I choose the month?

Use the Month dropdown. It offers the last 12 full months, newest first. The current month is not offered because it is not complete. When the page opens, it starts from your remembered month, or the latest month, and moves back month by month until it finds a month where any station has tests. Months with no tests at any station fall back to the starting month.

How do I choose the organisation?

If you belong to more than one organisation, an Organisation dropdown appears with All organisations as the first choice. If you have one organisation it is selected for you and no dropdown shows. With several organisations and All organisations, each row also shows the organisation name.

Why is the page slow to fill in?

MOTLogs checks the sites two at a time. Rows show Checking... and the summary reads Checking sites... x of y. While it works, the dropdowns are disabled. Large groups take longer.

What if I have no stations?

The page shows "No test stations are linked to your organisations yet." with a Link a station button that opens the stations page.

What happens after I sign a site?

The row refreshes straight away and shows Signed off, with your name and the date. Other pages' cached figures for the month refresh too.
