The Performance page

This page is for Authorised Examiners, quality control managers and testers who want a quick view of how a station is doing against the national figures this month.

What does the Performance page show?

The Performance page, at /membersarea/performance, shows headline figures for the organisation, station and month chosen in the top bar. Its subtitle is "Pass rates, failure reasons and trends against the national figures." It has four parts:

1. A row of four headline tiles.
2. A By tester chart for the metric you have selected.
3. A Sign-off panel for this month and last month.
4. Groups of further metric tiles below.

Under the heading, a hint reads "Select a metric to see it by tester for ." Select any tile to change the chart. Performance uses your uploaded test logs, and the national comparison needs TQI. See Getting TQI into MOTLogs.

Which month, station and organisation does it use?

The Performance page has no filters of its own. It follows the scope chip in the top bar, so changing organisation, station or month reloads every tile. If no organisation is chosen, the page asks you to "Choose an organisation to see performance." The month defaults to the last full calendar month.

What are the four headline tiles?

Each tile is explained in Performance tiles. A tile with nothing to show reads "No activity this period".

Which metric is chosen first?

If you have not picked a metric, MOTLogs picks the first with data in this order: Group B Tests Failed, Group B Tests, Group B Avg Test Time, Retests, then the Group A, retest, vehicle and TQI tiles. Once you pick a tile, MOTLogs remembers your choice for the session.

What is "Show all metrics"?

The Show all metrics checkbox at the top right reveals every tile, including ones you have hidden. Without it, tiles you have hidden are not displayed. See Performance tiles.

What does the ... menu do on this page?

The shared ... menu offers Metrics, Auto-refresh and Save view. A saved view on this page remembers whether Show all metrics is ticked, whether the trend is open, and which metric is selected, alongside the organisation, station and month.
