The sign-off button on the overview
This page is for AEs and station owners who use the Compliance overview to see whether a month is ready to sign off.
What does the sign-off button show?
The button at the right of the controls row opens the monthly sign-off checklist for the organisation and month you are viewing. Its label changes with the state of the stations in scope. The button is blue (primary) when at least one station is ready and you have permission to sign it, and plain otherwise. It is absent while the page is loading.

Stations with no tests in the month are ignored in this summary. The summary follows the Station drop-down: choose one station to see its own state.
Why can't I sign off the month?
A month cannot be signed off while any flagged test is unjustified. The verdict line then ends with sign-off blocked. Justify each test from the Needs review card (see The Needs review card) and the button changes to the ready state.
Who can sign off?
Sign-off needs one chosen station and one of three organisation roles. On the section pages (such as the MOT test log) the Sign Off button in the page header appears only for those roles and only when a single station is chosen, not All sites. A Signed Off button replaces it once the month is signed. See The page header and the ... menu.
