Viewing the Testers list

This page is for Authorised Examiners, quality control managers and garage owners who want to see every MOT tester at their stations in one table.

How do I open the Testers page?

Select Testers in the sidebar, or in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen on a phone. The page header reads Testers with the line "Who tested, how many, and how their results compare." After the header it shows the scope you are working in: organisation, station and month.

Which testers does the Testers list show?

The list shows the testers linked to the organisation and station you picked in the scope picker at the top of the screen. If you pick All stations, every station in the organisation is listed and a Station Name column appears so you can tell them apart. If you pick one station, the Station Name column is hidden because the page header already names the station.

Retired testers are not shown. There is no switch to show them on this page.

What do I see if I have not chosen an organisation?

If your login has no organisation linked, the page says "No organisation is linked to your account yet." If you have organisations but none is selected, it says "Choose an organisation to see testers." Pick an organisation in the scope picker and the table loads.

What does an empty Testers list mean?

If the table has no rows, it shows "No testers linked to this station yet." Check that you picked the right station. Change the station in the scope picker, or choose All stations. If the station is correct and the list is still empty, the station has no active testers on record.

What columns does the Testers table have?
