Compliance certificates list
This page is for station owners, AEs and quality control managers who want to see which compliance certificates are held for their stations and when each one ends.
Where do I find compliance certificates?
Open Certificates in the sidebar (the award icon, tooltip "Station compliance certificates"). The page is headed Certificates with the sub-title "Station compliance certificates". The Compliance overview item in the sidebar is a different page; it summarises test performance, not certificates.
The list shows the certificates held for the organisation and station chosen in the scope picker at the top of the screen. Choose All stations to see every station in the organisation. The pager, search and column chooser work as on the Documents list.
The list only includes verified organisation and station links, and only stations with an active paid subscription. Retired stations are hidden. The month in the scope picker does not filter the list, so changing it does not change the rows.
What columns does the certificates list show?
- Station ID: the site number.
- Station Name: the trading name of the station.
- DVSA User: the DVSA user ID the certificate belongs to. It is blank for a certificate that belongs to the station rather than a person.
- DVSA User Name: the person's name, when MOTLogs knows it.
- Certificate Type: the kind of certificate, for example a station or tester certificate type.
- Start date and End date: when the certificate began and ends.
An End date of "No end date" means the certificate has no expiry recorded. Use the column chooser to show extra columns such as version or who actioned the record. A narrow first column holds a download icon for the certificate file.
How do I check which certificates are about to end?
The page does not highlight expiring certificates or send reminders. To check, click the End date heading to sort by it, then read down the earliest dates. A certificate whose end date has passed drops out of the list altogether, because only current certificates are shown. If a certificate you expected has vanished, its end date has probably passed.
What does an empty certificates list mean?
"No current compliance certificates for this station." means nothing matches your scope. The list shows certificates that are in date now; the month in the scope picker does not filter it. Check the points in Why a document is missing or will not download: organisation chosen, links verified, active plan.
Can I add or replace a certificate here?
No. This page lists and downloads certificates only. Rows are read-only.
