Choosing the organisation, station and month

This page is for anyone with access to more than one organisation or station who wants to change what the Compliance overview shows.

How do I change the organisation, station or month?

The controls row under the page title has three controls. They appear once your account has at least one organisation with data.

1. Organisation is a drop-down of the organisations you can see. It shows the trading name, or Organisation <number> if no name is held.
2. Station is a drop-down. The first entry is All sites · N, where N is the number of stations in the organisation. Each other entry shows the site number and trading name.
3. The month strip shows three months side by side, with the selected month on the right. Select a month to switch to it, or use the arrows on either side to step back or forward one month at a time.

The controls are the same scope as the organisation, station and month picker in the top bar. Changing either one changes the other, and the new scope carries over when you open other pages such as the MOT test log.

What does each station entry show?

Once the sign-off checks have loaded, the Station list is re-sorted: stations with the most at-risk tests waiting for a reason come first and stations with no tests in the month come last. Each entry can carry a suffix:

• · N at-risk means N flagged tests still need a justification.
• · no data means the station has no tests in the chosen month.

While the checks are loading, the list is in site-number order with no suffixes.

Which months can I choose?

You can step back up to 36 months, counting the current month. The latest month you can select is last month. The current, part-finished month is not offered on the overview.

A month known to have no tests for the chosen organisation and station is labelled no data on its chip. The chip labels fill in over a few seconds after the page loads, because MOTLogs checks each month in the background.

What happens while a change is loading?

All three controls are disabled while the scope is being changed. The tiles and cards show grey placeholder rows and then fill in: the month's own figures first (tests, at-risk, duration, Needs review), then the fail rate, then the TQI card, then the sign-off button and the six-month trend lines.

If you pick a different organisation, the Needs review reason filter returns to All.
