Themes and keyboard shortcuts

This page is for anyone who wants to change how MOTLogs looks or move around without a mouse.

How do I switch between light and dark?

Select the sun or moon button in the top bar. It switches between the dark and light theme and its tooltip says which you will get. You can also press the search box and choose Toggle theme.

How do I choose High contrast?

1. Select your picture (top right) to open the account menu.
2. Under Theme choose Dark, Light or High contrast.

A tick marks the current theme. The choice is remembered on that browser. MOTLogs opens in dark theme the first time.

What keyboard shortcuts are there?

Open the list from the account menu (Keyboard shortcuts), by pressing ?, or from the search box.

Press the second key within about a second of g. The shortcuts are ignored while you are typing in a field, while a dialog is open, or when Ctrl, Alt or Cmd is held.

Can I use MOTLogs with the keyboard only?

A Skip to content link is the first tab stop on every signed-in page. In the search list, use the up and down arrows, Enter and Esc. In the account menu, use the arrow keys, Home, End and Esc.
